PIP Project
We recently completed a project working with 24 companies simultaneously. Entitled PIP (People, Innovation & Productivity) it served to improve their cultures. Each company received a bespoke approach, based on findings from an initial benchmark. A 2nd survey, approx 12 months later concluded: -
- £4.9M (8.8%) increase in Gross Value Added*
- 44.7% increase in profit*
- Increase in productivity / employee of £1176 (4.3%)*
All figures are directly attributable to the project.
For each £1K invested by the companies, the project returned £18K*.

World First
The results also showed a statistically significant correlation between change in productivity per employee and change in average culture score. This indicated a productivity increase of £7,600 per employee/unit increase in 'culture' score.
