Format
For the internal view of the business, we’ll analyse a ‘diagonal slice’ of staff. Our questionnaires are designed to cover all aspects, and to be simple to use. Interviews (one-to-one, or in small groups) provide an opportunity to probe deeper into relevant areas. Numerical, graphical and textual feedback provides a very detailed view. Powerpoint / presentation material can also be provided, and help to initiate a programme of culture change
